Make Anyone a Manager/Director

Pros

Flexibility with time off and sick leave.

Cons

Just because someone has worked there for eons, it doesn't mean they're smart enough to manage people. Quit feeling obligated to give someone a title because of longevity. When everyone in the department is a "manager", then there's a problem.

Pros

Not many, for the most part the people I worked with on a day to day basis were great

Cons

No motivation to do better, account structures lead to overlappping duties and unclear expectations. Some really good AEs and some really bad AEs who didn’t deserve to be in a place of power at all.

Pros

Good location if you like the country living. Company try's to be relevant

Cons

Company try's and try's but gets no where as far as growth. Huge blame game as upper management try to save their jobs.
