Pros

Pretty good pay for the work, nice coworkers, they do take a personal interest in their workers and care when they are going through a hard time, if you want more job duties for variety more training is available and sometimes for more pay. Paid time off, non-paid personal hours and vacation hours.

Cons

Advancement is difficult, they do not use employees skills to their best ability, can be very clique-y, mandatory overtime can suck and can potientally work 10-12 hour shifts with only one half hour break and you can't refuse.
