Pros

Team Members at Individual stores take care of each other. Great flexibility of schedule. WONDERFUL employee discount!

Cons

Lack of respect from upper management. Stores will not close even if weather is so treacherous police say "STAY HOME" (The corporate office DOES close in inclement weather). Ever increasing work load and decreasing amount of staff. Lots of heavy lifting with no safety back support. Low compensation and difficult to get meaningful raises.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Nice exercise facility.

Cons

Low worker morale, no lunch break, repetitive tasks, no regular schedule makes child care arrangements difficult if not impossible. Was required to call into the hotline at 5:00 A.M. each morning to see if I was scheduled to work THAT SAME DAY at 6:00 A.M.
