Pros

-Coworkers, and team members all work hard to meet goals. - All hands on deck attitude within teams.

Cons

-Sr leadership within last couple years, lacked clear mission, direction and focus. This caused continued fire drills, live in the moment vs strategy to improve and grow business. - Authentic people and individuals bringing unique skills to the table were no longer valued, felt like a number and everyone was replaceable. Environment of fear created. - Increased issues, with little investment back into the business to fix and improve.

Pros

mostly a great group of people to work with

Cons

culture was forced by management and unwanted employees were treated poorly until they quit (instead of dealing with the situation head-on)
