Pros

Smart and hard working staff, Fitness Center, Friendly vibe.

Cons

More of a neutral comment - bring political chops if desiring to advance in company - connect with the "in" crowd - search out power players - watch your back.

Unrecognizable after 25 years

Pros

If you want part-time work, the immediate benefits may well suit you: fitness center, employee discount, etc. For the area, compensation is not bad, but you can spend years there before you "qualify" to get full-time work and, therefore, their benefits plan. This is for the hoi polloi, of course, as some positions are walk-in full-time positions.

Cons

Duplicity is the modus operandi now, but it was not always so. Lands' End was a great place to work, but the new motto of "the beatings will continue until morale improves" is quickly rubbing off the newly-pasted smile that veils their thin veneer of friendliness.
