Good steady work in an unstable job market, always things to work on

Cons

Management doesn't seem to know what it's doing and changes direction constantly partly because of the moron Eddie Lampert

Pros

Kind and helpful team members and boss, good work life balance

Cons

No benefits as an intern, though you do get benefits as a part time employee. Commute is pretty awful (you lose about 2 hours of your day to it if you lie in Madison)
