      Pros

      Few benefits to stick around for, I stay because I'm stuck atm They used to be considered as well paying. If company sales goals are met there's a company wide bonus awarded.

      Cons

      They care about employees until the employee is no longer useful. Mandatory overtime, mandatory 12 hour days for full-time employees during peak times. Mandatory 10 hour days for part-time employees. As a long time employee I'm only making a couple more dollars an hour than someone just starting. I won't get any more raises as they have a wage cap. There is very little in the way of progressing up the ladder.

      Friendly culture - supportive colleagues. Clear alignment on goals

      Cons

      Large organisation means small business units have a harder time getting a share of the investment
