There is nothing positive about working there.

Cons

They expect you to meet an AHT of 7 minutes when all the customers who call, call for catalog orders they want to place and either they cannot see the item number, they don’t have their list ready or the item number doesn’t exist! Then they threaten to fire you if you are not meeting call handle time exceptions! This puts pressure on the agent and it’s just not a good situation. I would advise you to not apply here if you do not want the pressure

Has a good company culture, my manager was great and very understanding. Cares about me as a person. Not sure about all other managers there but mine is really great.

Cons

Due to the size of the company and structure sometimes information takes time to trickle down and it can take a little while for leadership on top to make decisions sometimes.
