Pros

Best reasons would be the comer Center- excellent place to work out and it's a very well known company. Your peers are wonderful assets and are very helpful.

Cons

Downsides, getting any information pertinent to your job duties from management is nearly impossible. getting promoted is extremely difficult.

Pros

clothing discount, some of the employees are nice to work with, if it wasn't for issues with Sears it wouldn't be such a bad place to work. People at Sears aren't held accountable.

Cons

Dealing with the dog and pony visits of executives, nothing is ever good enough for them. They make snap decisions without getting the appropriate amount of feedback. They take advice from Sears people who are in no position to give it.
