Pros

Remote position, part-time, flex schedule. wonderful customers.

Cons

The hourly wage is way too low. Across our country in 2022, most hourly wages start at $17 or MORE with a sign-on bonus. LE systems are very complex, the company does not subsidize internet usage, and the metrics are tough to meet. You are penalized if you call for help to assist the customer. It is a lot of pressure for the employee.
