      The management team in the contact centre has created the most toxic workplace I’ve ever worked. Certain individuals are favourited not just in workloads but also in incentives (e.g. raffles for prizes for how many hours you work). You are constantly monitored and even online private messages between colleagues are watched. There is no protection for staff from customers and also any issues that are brought to attention are squashed and you are then blacklisted by the management team. They claim to be a progressive workplace but the management team kicked up a huge fuss about pronouns on emails (which was optional) whilst they “proudly” had the rainbow flag on show in the office.

      Pros

      Decent pay nice customers normally and work from home

      Cons

      LE will not have your back; you are sworn at by customers due to back ordered items and if you don’t follow protocols exactly you will be written up and possibly fired; given different direction by different supervisors; no consistent direction. Lots of computer issues too.

      Fun flexible well respected known quality company to work for. Knowledgeable on going training.Overall wonderful team to represent.

      Cons

      Must be available 10 hour days during peak season but it goes by fast & is fun with generous bonuses
