Pros

The people that you work with are great. Feels like a second family.

Cons

Office politics. You can be trained for everything under the sun but yet still won't be offered full-time status unless you are a favorite.

Pros

The company is a has a good overall culture. They understand that employees have difficulties in their personal life, and they try to work with them. It is a great place to gain experience in many different aspects of business. You have a voice in developing the new processes and products.

Cons

Promoting from within has slowed recently. Recently micro-managing has increased, and you feel like you can't please management with your work performance.
