Internet sales tools Ability to join a bid process due to the fleet size of Landsatr.

Cons

Independent companies within corporation - as strong a the owners personality. 1200 sales agents in the U.S. - this is super saturation in the marketplace limiting the amount of accounts available. Poor payment procedures.

I know my job will be there tomorrow, great security. The management I've worked under have been flexible for family needs. Employees are like family.

Cons

Salaries are low for the industry. Hard to move up because there's a lot of fish in the bowl, but there is still opportunity.

Pockets of very creative people, but they are beginning to lose their voice and are at risk of no longer being heard from

Cons

No one appears to be interested in hearing other points of view leaving the CEO surrounded by a bunch of "YES" men and women
