Pros

When things are good, they are good. You get a base pay, and commission weekly. On Holidays you usually get to leave early and management sometimes provides lunches on those days.

Cons

Person growth is what you make out of it. You get to stay the same position, but pay increase varies weekly. Sometimes my checks vary $200- $500 a week. Depends on how much work I get done. Problem is they don't train very well at all. You get the 90 day grace period of base pay but after that your kind of thrown to the wolves to fend for yourself.

Pros

Training opportunities are worthwhile and help you keep up to date on the industry. Work-life balance is great as a normal company should be.

Cons

The benefits seem to have gotten worse over time, there is a lot of politics and scheming in upper management that prevents progress sometimes.
