Low wages as a result of all the money going out to the VP's and above No more quarterly bonuses-which was a selling point when I was hired Technology and the IT methodology is very outdated. If you want to work in an Agile work place don't look here No stock options for high performing employees

I honestly cannot think of a good thing to say about the D.Daniels Agency of Landstar. My time there was miserable.

Cons

In my first week I was informed about the personal lives of everyone in the office from the owners nephew. From that point on I felt like an outsider. Not enough work and a lot of pressure.
