Terrible pay. I have struggled to survive and manage since the day I started. You're treated like a child and not trust to do your job. The micromanaging is sickening. It was not what I expected and sad part it is I prayed for an opportunity to work here and now I am praying day and night for a door to open so I can get away from this company.

Everyone was young around my age so i made some friends. Got a year work exp as 1 st job out of college.

Cons

Low pay, not much room to advance even if you do its not much of a pay increase. Stare at a screen all day listening to truck drivers complain that the company treats them poorly like its youre fault.

Most positions are still WFH.

Cons

Pay is low, but if you complain enough they will make up a management position to move you to, so that they can pay you more. The rules only apply when HR feels it’s appropriate.
