It is fantastic to hear that you had a robust learning experience during your internship with Langan! We have structured our internship program to provide interns with high exposure to leadership and opportunities to work on great projects. The new corporate headquarters in Parsippany is now a bright, open, collaborative work space and we are so glad we made the move here. I hope you keep Langan at the forefront when you are looking at full-time employment openings as your graduation gets closer. Stay in touch!

Pros

Good Benefits, above average contemporary companies. Relocated office in Parsippany is really great.

Cons

If you are a field engineer, then no work on rainy/snowy days. If contractor cancels field work, then 40 hour will be tough to achieve as every work on time sheet should be billable. Some Project Managers may ask you to work or stay in office, but won't let you write the time as billable that means your time in the office is just a hangout time - waste of your valuable time-. It happens more when your supervisor does not have real office work. Well, overtime is tricky for field engineers. It is like your health insurance -deductibles apply-. You will be encourage to work on site, and you are also verbally encouraged to not write hours above 40 hours (indeed it is discouraged in body language). You indeed work several hours more than you actually get paid.
