      Opportunity to work on exciting projects, well respected reputation in the industry, offices in urban settings for young professionals, ability to travel if there is a desire to work internationally

      Cons

      upper level management makes significantly more than staff and project level staff, there are expectations to work a lot of hours and make personal sacrifices for professional commitments, reviews are only done annually instead of a more consistent feedback loop

      Pros

      Best geotechnical consultant in the market. Very interesting and varied projects with many international offices. Good internal training events and sponsorship for motivated individuals. Great pay particularly at the staff level.

      Cons

      Does not adapt well to changing markets and new ideas. The work-life balance is not very good and keeps getting worse with time instead of improving.

      Pros

      I am no longer an employee with Langan, so writing this have no boundaries. I will be blunt in my review. The company have a vey good culture and the employees are very smart. you can learn a lot from this company. Because of Langan and it's people, I was able to advance in my life. I am very lucky to come across this company in my life time.

      Cons

      I can honestly say, this job is tuff and a lot is happening. if you can handle the new technologies, I guarantee you will learn a lot. This company is always cutting edge, so you have to be as well. when the times are tuff, people are there for you.
