Opportunity to learn English and meet real multicultural enviroment. Improving skills how it goes in still room and team work. High probability of learning the multitask knowledge. Communication with customers - nice talking.

Cons

No opportunity to get more improved than the waiter could be. Lack of careness of employees (food) - you are not allowed to have food - most of the time. (You are allowed to, if you worked more than 6 hours) Most of the time you have splited shift - (morning - evening)

Good place to work, I open the place and was a fun experience.

Cons

Not a lot of concerns, i enjoyed working there and the only reason i left was to gain more experience and to see how the things are done in a different property.

The compensation (READ: TIPS) is hardly worth the frustrating, fractioned, and hostile work environment.

Cons

The management becomes buddy-buddy, or doesn't have the permission to deal with hostile workers. Very Very toxic environment.
