You get your money on time and can work overtime (which pays 1.5x) almost all the time with a maximum of 66 hours a week.
Cons
They don't care about terps and can easily lay you off if you receive a certain number of claims from the client (even if those are not confirmed and there's no way to check if those statements are true). The job is Stressful and you can burn out easily. They offer basic minimum insurance which is not worth it.

Cons
Calls are back to back, sometimes you can't breathe.
They won't give you a rise unless you ask when you are rising levels and only to full time employees.
