Pros

Do not have an experience with other interpreter agencies, but as the worker exploitation in the US goes, they are not the worst offenders. Worker activists and lawsuits seemingly improved the pay and PTO meaningfully, compared to a few years ago.

Cons

Even if you do great they would still want you to worry for your job stability, policies are confusing on purpose, getting a day off can be a whole separate can of worms. If you need to figure something out, you are on your own with the pile of websites and policies.

Pros

They provide good training, and working from home was a plus when my children were young.

Cons

They do not care about the professionals working there. I am almost at minimum wage now after 16 years. If you need money, don't work here.
