Pros

Working with students and adjunct faculty was by far the most enjoyable part of this position. I was also blessed to have a great manager.

Cons

Some of the top-down decision making was frustrating. Some of the administrative rules put in place were to blanketed for the multiple locations of the college.

Possible tenure, good and passionate coworkers.

Cons

Old business model. They think if you don't live there you are working and they have to give you a ton of work. You are required to attend specific meetings because their mentality is you must drive in or you won't be involved. Things never get done because no one agrees and they have no process of making things happen if people don't agree. Run very politically. They keep losing students. You ask them why and nobody knows.
