Pros
LCC pays more than many other nearby community colleges and the people you work with are friendly. The school does a good job (in general) of keeping their classrooms clean and technology up to date.
Cons
Every individual may be great, but the culture is poisonous. Because the school relies so heavily on part-time labor, policies are stifling and full-time employees are over-worked. It's too bad because there are so many people here who want to do so much good - and could if they were just given the time and freedom.
