Flexible schedule, free credits, low stress. Superiors were great. Department meetings at fun locations.

Cons

Little to no room for advancement, no work during school breaks and in between semesters.

LCC has a diverse number of programs and courses it offers to the community. It is student success oriented and is not hesitant to make changes to improve its service.

Cons

Adjunct faculty are generally limited to the structure and program the full time faculty create which may not be the best. Also, human resources can sometimes drastically come down on faculty for some vague or ambiguous infraction of the rules.
