Faculty colleagues are incredible, both within science and across other disciplines. Faculty led initiatives in place for OER, Open web based learning platforms, Outreach opportunities.

Cons

I've worked at many colleges in Michigan, the administration at LCC is the least effective. Few executive team members have any prior academic experience, decisions are arbitrary and capricious.

Fun, fast paced environment, great way to get teaching experience while working other jobs, enjoyable atmosphere.

Cons

Lots of papers and clinical assignments must be graded outside of clinical hours, these are unpaid hours and took a great deal of time.
