      Awesome departmental culture, team atmosphere. Great co-workers. Ability to advance within the organization. Excellent leadership at the departmental level.

      Cons

      While I was employed with LCC there were many issues surrounding Administration and executive leadership. The union environment seriously inhibited overall culture of the institution. There was a serious disconnect between staff and administration, which negatively affected morale. Many employees believed that the college did not value its workforce, especially those in the front of the house. Serious executive leadership issues, where leadership disregarded its staff, again affecting morale. Low Pay.
