Pros
I worked here for almost 3 years in production and finally got out. The people who work the line are all really chill and nice people.
Cons
Upper management is awful. If you like getting cussed out by the Plant leader then this is the place for you. Moving up in the company is all about how well you are liked and I have heard that some of the factory leaders will purposely choose the new girls to be promoted so that they can see them more (Which is absolutely disgusting). They will say they are raising wages, but all they did was raise the starting wages and keep the pay cap the same. And their advancement program requires you to take classes on the weekends and evenings, But you are not paid for those hours you spend because you are not working. Don't work here.
