      Pros

      I love Lantech and everything about this company. Management treats their employees well in every way from bonus structure to the cost of health insurance.

      Cons

      There are no cons to this company. I think they pay fairly and give plenty of opportunities for advancement.

      easy stuff to learn good place to go if your mechanically inclined or want to use tools

      Cons

      the managers here do not care about you at all it is like being a fish in a shark tank pay increases are terrible here very hard to move out of the path they want you to go in
