Pros

Management is heavily invested in growing internal performers and supporting their professional goals. This organization is in a stage of growth (year over year) and genuinely invest in those individuals that want to grow with the organization. Additionally, there is still a sense of family even as they continue to expand where support is extended beyond the “9-5”

Cons

With growth comes rapid changes and reorganizations, there are times that the message isn’t clearly or globally communicated; however have found that this has improved with time.

Pros

EDHC is a welcoming environment. Not only do the care about you as an employee, they care about you as a person. For me, this job has given me the perfect work-life balance. As a single mother, I don't feel the usual pressure when I have to miss a day due to my child being sick as I have with other employers. Every day I learn something new from my leadership team. They encourage me to grow and never let me back down from a challenge. I'm grateful for this opportunity and I hope to be here for many years to come.

Cons

The only downside would be compensation. A little bit a pay bump would always be helpful but currently I feel that's the issue with all employers due to the recent increases in the cost to live(gas, food, rent, ect.). Other than that there are no downsides.

We appreciate the review you have written and are so glad that you have found the environment to be welcoming and supportive of your work/life balance! Thank you for sharing your compensation concerns. Our goal is to stay informed of what is happening in the market and make sure we are aligned. I encourage you speak with your supervisor to ensure you understand when and how your could be considered for a pay increase. We want you to continue to feel like you are a valued member of the team- because you are!

Pros

-Approachable managers/supervisors. No work is too small or insignificant to ask help for. -No micro management as long as your assignments are complete. -Great work/life balance. Some days are long, some are short, but overall a good balance. -Growing company. The growth has been tremendous within the past year and is expected surpass that level in the next year.

Cons

-Growing company means lot of changes in processes to fulfill the needs. -Have to pay for parking to go to the office. -Client needs are not always uniform and some need extra work.
