People you work with, customers at times the job you are doing, Cindy (trainer), Rachel

Cons

Toxic work environment, Supervisors are very catty and petty. Beware of those who act so sweet but are evil in disguise. Certain co-workers are very judgmental. They treat you as a number not employee. Job where POC are welcomed and are in roles of leadership but are not unified. They will throw another POC under the bus in seconds.

Toxic culture lacking any real people investment Executive leadership is overly demanding outwardly requiring 7 day work weeks and business first. Culture of fear centered around limited resourcing and self start with next to no training available. Lacking established processes and functions necessary to be successful.
