Pros

You are around some of the best automobiles on the road. It's Audi so there is a feeling of working for a classy company and the clients are some of the best people you will meet.

Cons

There is no value on the employee. You are reminded that you are replaceable. Highest revolving door for employees of anywhere I have worked to include 15+ years in the industry. They will have a hire fest and bring in 5-10 new sales people that will slowly start to pick off until no one is left after six months then do it again. You need to check and double check your pay, it is always short and off. There is an excuse every time so no worry there.

Pros

You get to use the car lift for your personal vehicle to work on on off days

Cons

Management is poor, very stuck up and stingy GM's. CONSTANT reminders that "you are replacable" and managers always try and make you feel bad as if you owe them something. As mentioned bt a different reveiw, "new game plan for service every other week". Manager just seems to not make anything work. Sets up ridiculous, blatant inefficient work practises. Pretty much everyone i worked with hated their job, not because it was hard or difficult, but because of the neglected care and constant threats to be let go. Numerous people report not receiving their last paycheck, Mr.Larson himself said that "come let them sue me" where as we all know nobody can really afford to do that. All in all this place sucks, very racist too.

Pros

Pay was decent for the industry.

Cons

- The owner sends out pro-Trump, Blue/All Lives Matter, and overtly religious emails to the entire company on a constant basis. He types in all caps and writes like a petulant child. - Intercompany communication is an absolute joke.
