Cons
Management does everything *but* manage. There is a lack of supervision and leadership. You can get away with what ever you like. Want to drink and come to work? Sounds good. Want to blatantly steal? Go ahead. What to have your tools stolen by the tweakers that work there? Great. This is the place for you. This place is an absolute joke. The game-plan of the service department changed every other weak. No written company policy to speak of. No 90-day review. Disgusting, dirty shop and break room. Several OSHA violations. Lack of tooling and equipment, and ultimately SCARY AND UNSAFE VEHICLE HOISTS! The hoist are leaking hydraulic fluid, they bind and vehicles nearly fall off on an almost weekly basis.
