Such a huge potential

Pros

The company is in major growth mode, and because they are employee owned, that benefits every single employee, not just the top. Compensation is competitive and benefits are above and beyond your average employer

Cons

Their quarterly sales bonus is only available for Project Managers, who already get a huge bonus at the end of the year. would be nice if that money could go into something that could benefit everyone
