Team environment (depending on client or manager) Benefits are on the slightly better end Company Stock is nice Work from home flexibility once the managers trust you to get your work done is a big plus

Cons

Pay is barely enough to keep you there Vague job titles and position descriptions Expect you to go above and beyond for minor pay differential in pay The company will hire outside before promoting existing employees and it often backfires which makes the company look not very employee centric Variancing off OT created using billable hours because of non billable work feels like a scam once you hit designer. This causes you to work more and you end up making less even though your hourly rate is slightly more The job constantly follows you home. work/home disconnect is not very strong and people will bother you at all hours for answers no matter the position.
