Pros

Plenty of overtime opportunity for hourly employees.

Cons

Certain departments are very unorganized and do not respect their workers. You may be forced into work you did not agree to originally and they will say you did. A lot of lying to cover themselves.

Provides a lot of potential for growth. Some senior managers can become your real friend. Technology is great here.

Cons

Not so competitive compensation. Team bonding isn't that great.

Pros

Growing company working in diverse industries nationwide; the CEO seems to really live up to the values that he promotes; challenging (in a good way) work due to rapid growth

Cons

Definitely has an engineering firm vibe, even though they do architecture as well. I would prefer that the environment be a little more modern, creative, and artistic.
