Pros

The main think I feel is that we get time for our personal things to do and provide great work life balance. I going on my fifth year here and I love the company more because its giving many changes to improve technically. There are a lot of opportunities for both career and skills development. Just last week, I starting on picking up a new technology and I love it! Exposure to a wide array of industries and international customers. Ilove the training program.

Cons

Hours can be long but the pay is fair. The pros outweigh the cons.

✓ Great people at lower levels of the company. I stayed for a long time because I liked my team so much. ✓ Good W/L balance. Never felt stressed about work, rarely (if ever) had to work over 40 hrs. ✓ High-quality product. Everyone's smart & good at what they do. People often leave for FAANG. ✓ Tech stack very relevant & in-demand. No matter which team they're on, engineers get to learn a lot of different technologies. Great for resume. Even so, I don't think it's worth it to join if you have other options...

Cons

× Pay is below market & they'll pay you as little as they can get away with. × There's no transparency about anything, e.g. the nebulous "salary bands". × Rampant favoritism for promotions. × Management is becoming increasingly erratic. Political issues (including sudden, unjustified firings due to personality clashes) have started to overrun even the development department, which seemed RELATIVELY drama-free for a while. × All LF's "values" center around serving the customer, not doing right by employees. × When I left, employees were becoming increasingly unhappy with the company. Overall, even though there's some good to be gained from the experience as a fresh-out, I don't think you should join even in that case. It'd sustain their business model of hiring & underpaying bright kids, not bothering to invest in them because they figure they'll just leave in a couple years anyways lmao.

Pros

Management was great and and associates were easy for me to get along with. I enjoyed my job as it wasn't too demanding. The complimentary lunch was also quite nice. For one of my first jobs I enjoyed my time here.

Cons

The pay isn't that competitive.
