-Coworkers are friendly and helpful -Meaningful intern project that is well-integrated with the work of the team you are placed in -Relatively flexible hours and above average intern pay for the area

Cons

-Mentor interaction varies heavily across teams -Development culture is somewhat lethargic in nature due to arbitrary standardized release dates across all teams which can lead to periods without much work to be done -Not that many people seem to truly care about the work they do

It is a good company and provides relaxement and facilities to the employees such as free lunch services , and we work here with young / fun people , couple of managers are really great .

Cons

The drawbacks are that certain mangers are not trained and they don't know how to manage everything properly , turnover feels very high .
