Pros

Paid lunches. Good salary and out of the office at 6pm which is rare for Hong Kong. Not much more to say on the positive side.

Cons

No career movement unless you are a part of the family who own the business. Senior management frequently in to the office late or not at all but do not approve holiday or reprimand anyone for coming in late. Management make frequent promises and go back on their word unless it is confirmed in writing. Senior management frequently lose their temper and scream at the office.

Free Lunch throughout the week! Awesome co-workers to work with and to hang outside of work. Flexible hours for my part-time status. Free breakfast on Fridays. Casual Fridays!

Cons

Kind of far from my home. There is really not much else to put on the con side for this company.
