      Pros

      Free lunch, 401K, health/dental insurance, large company (over 200 employees), lot of opportunities to learn more. Great company culture for someone young and recently out of school.

      Cons

      Large company brings with it a lot of politics. You must "play the game" like anywhere else to get ahead. However, if you stay the course, opportunities open up due to the high turnover of employees in search of greener pastures.
