Pros

The company is a family run company. The company gives new employees a lot of responsibility right away. Free lunches are provided by the company every day.

Cons

The relatives of the founder are free to berate employees during meetings for no real reason. This happens fairly regularly. There is no recourse when this happens. Management is indecisive and prone to making reactionary decisions.

Pros

Extremely easy job. A pretty good life - work balance because you will never have to work at home. You are able to travel if you would like.

Cons

Really high turnover rate. Low pay. Terrible commission structure that essentially is based off luck. They provide lunch everyday but it is extremely unhealthy and pretty disgusting food the majority of the time. No leadership.

Growth area and interesting sector, moreover the major clients are governments which are always growing

Cons

Competition with h1-b visa folk to keep wages low, have to fight for pay increases and once you have then you are at greater risk for termination, do have 401k match, but it seems like this is a way for the company to hide money from taxes, not many people last more than2 years.
