Pros

I tend to agree with the majority of other reviews + Great opportunity to get a lot of experience very quickly. A lot of hands-on learning, so this place isn't great if you have no experience for the field you want to go into and are hoping that someone will hold your hand through the basics (additionally, if you're applying for a role that you once upon a time did a mini project on or had one lecture on, you most likely won't be a competitive candidate for the role). + The people. Great opportunity to surround yourself with a youthful, energetic culture of very smart, friendly people. + Large amount of ownership over your work, both in terms of what projects you work on (to an extent) as well as how you actually complete those projects (depending on what department you're in) + Free lunch everyday + 40 hour work week (probably a little bit more for sales and a few other departments). A good amount of people are paid hourly, so you get more money if you work overtime. If you're a developer searching for the elusive work / life balance, it exists here. + 401(k) program received a 100% match this year. + Company environment is getting more and more awesome due to the hard work & creative input from a handful of high performers and the buy-in of leadership. Great example of people being able to have ownership in their work and make an impact.

Cons

- Compensation may not scale appropriately for the amount of responsibility that some of these very smart people take on - Free lunch program does get a bit redundant, but they are also actively working to improve it. This does bother some people, though I have noticed that those people often get Flame Broiler or In N Out anyway. - Company suffers from a bit of an identity crisis at times. They try very hard to preserve that startup feel, but they still tend to hold on a lot of traditional values (business casual attire that is closer to business than casual from a company-wide perspective) - Increasing layers of bureaucracy (slowly, but surely). This may be part of the natural cycle of the company's growth. - Some tension due to bad leadership in certain departments (if you read the reviews, you should be able to identify a trend). your mileage will vary depending on who manages your department.
