Pros

There are a lot of people here with amazing energy and I learn a lot working with my group. The work schedule here is flexible but most of my group come in early. There is covered garage for parking, every desk has a view, weather is excellent year round. No snow. There are quite a few people from other international offices.

Cons

some of the meetings run a bit long.

Pros

For junior software engineers, this is definitely one of the best place to get hands-on experience. There are a ton of experienced programmers you can learn from, the workload is challenging, and you will always get a chance to learn new things.

Cons

The management do not know how to appreciate their employees. Once you've had a really good year, the management will reward you well the first year with additional responsibilities - but they will continue to expect you to do everything you used to do PLUS your new responsibilities (rinse and repeat every year) until you cannot handle the workload anymore.

Pros

Enjoy a lot of flexibilities, no over-time required, nice co-workers, and free lunch.

Cons

Salary is less competitive than other companies. The CTO is not nice to people, making the engineering team somewhat lacking vitality. Feel sorry for Laserfiche.
