Pros

Co-workers are great 20% discount Sundays off

Cons

Absolutely no training (even for Supplement Managers and Store Managers). You'll have that "fly by the seat of your pants" feeling on a daily basis. Constantly a "fire" to put out, a day does not go by without some sort of fiasco. Most "Regional" personnel does not know what they are doing. Actually, nobody seems to know what they are doing. Obvious division between "Regional" management and the employees that are working on the store level. Very high expectations, for next to minimum wage. Zero communication. No employee appreciation. The company is very cheap, it's very hard to get the tools you need. Embarrassing IT issues on a daily basis.

Friendly environment, wonderful co-workers and most of managment. Every sunday off. Amazing food and supplements with 20% discount. Knowledge of organic and kosher products of many varieties.

Cons

Long days, full work schedules weekly, little room to request off or switch shifts. No online scheduling. Small musty breakroom. Strict dress code rules. Sometimes very late closing hours.
