      Health benefits, work life balance, co-workers, office space

      Cons

      Poor management with superiority complexes who lack effective leadership skills, only favored employees can make mistakes without repercussions, excessive turnover, very top heavy, sad company changed so drastically

      Worst Company to work for

      Pros

      You get free juice, coffee, and water. The 401k is better than most companies. Hours aren't terrible.

      Cons

      Management is terrible, unless you kiss butt it is very difficult to get promoted. One of the worst places I have ever worked for.

      Successful Company, very unlikely to fail or commit bankruptcy.

      Cons

      Environment just downright uncomfortable. Afraid of being criticized for too much "free time discussion," but not everybody held to the same standard. Communication if you are not performing well is poor, usually not discussed until year end review.
