Pros

I have been with the company 15 plus years. I have seen amazing growth over this time, from 1 plant to 5 plants. It was a privately held business with opportunity for growth for the employees. It is now a publicly held company and under the new leadership it has continued to grow and be a great place to work. Salaries are competitive, benefits are really good. There is great focus on employee satisfaction and really listening to the employee’s ideas and opinions.

Cons

None, unless you are do not enjoy a high energy work environment.

Good pay, good working atmosphere and interesting social benefit. schedule fixed work, but working weekends is rather advantageous because payroll is even better for less time working.

Cons

Management is not the best asset of the company, because it is very common to see some person have benefits while others in the same situation can have a disciplinary measure.
