Cons

Senior management is very weak and has very little working knowledge of how to run a juice manufacturing plant. Very political environment. Promotions based on relationships rather than performance.

Great Potential to be a very good company to work for,..good at building pride, excellent marketing materials, nice offices. They give you the ability to work with autonomy when you are in management It never seems to be done.

Cons

. They will give you enough rope to hang yourself...will use your ideas, make necessary changes based on your expertise and when they are done, you are terminated. At all levels of management. If you are fortunate enough to work in the plant as a manager, your job will become your life. If you can fly under the radar, you are better off.
