      Good people to work with. Challenging, engaging work. Decent pay. Decent benefits.

      Pros

      Flexible hours. Friendly co-workers. Lassonde throws nice gatherings for employees.

      Cons

      No training for new management. They talk down to employees. If you do not follow along and become a “favorite” you will go nowhere. Terrible annual raises averaged at 1%. Require employees fill out an “employee promoter score” but do nothing to help the issues. High stress environment. No communication. Supervisors constantly completing most manager’s jobs and covering for their mistakes.

      Pros

      I thought all the coworkers were friendly and helpful. Nice to have fresh fruits and juices and Lassonde did have a events that were nice for the employees

      Cons

      The management was sorely lacking in professionalism. There was little to no communication from them and it appeared there were many "favorites" among the management teams if you were not one of them you probably were not going to be promoted anywhere
