Decent Salary, Decent Benefits, Free Breakfast every friday

Cons

Double Standard, Favoritism Manager throw someone under the bus in no time. Manager will yell at you for his mistakes Not allowed to talk/communicate with other coworkers in the office.

Pros

The staff is composed of some of the best coworkers out there, and the office is filled with a warm, dynamic workforce. The gulf between attorneys and staff that is common in BigLaw is not very prevalent here. Senior management and HR have taken a great interest in us and ensuring we have a fulfilling experience, investing a vast amount of the firm's time in training and developing us. The BSTP program specifically is a great way to learn valuable skills, and every group around the firm has been very receptive and welcoming. Couldn't ask for a better

Cons

Pay could be better, but benefits are top-notch.
