Waste of time, over 3 rounds of interviews 4 hrs long each time

Pros

Friendly, informative but poor interview structure. Too many people involved without any real guidance in the interview process.

Cons

They call it a consensus culture, but this is also a sign of poor leadership and lack of ownership, trust and lack of decision making. Be careful not to waste your time interviewing here. I had many rounds of interviews all asking the same thing with not follow up, waste of time and clearly not beneficial to anyone. Poor interview process overall.

Look, these are smart folks. It's a hell of franchise, a fairly well run place, and it's true that the culture is better than other places. Compensation was fair and my bonuses were generally above market. That said, I have to say that I came away with more cons than pros and my experience just left a bad taste in my mouth overall

Cons

where do I start? not enough career opportunities, backstabbing culture, cliquey culture that is based on which group you end up practicing with.
