Fast growing company, great people, great culture

Pros

Company is fast growing in mobile and cloud space. Very exciting technology and future. Top management is really great. Caring, mentoring and excellent to work for. The new employees they continue to hire are more and more talented and experienced. There is no doubt the company is going places and has a bright future.

Cons

Not enough office space yet. Company is growing so fast, they need to add more space faster. I know they are adding more.

Dynamic, exciting environment to work

Pros

Company has a real family atmosphere to it. Employees are treated fairly and with respect. I found that management does quarterly reviews that really help with growing professionally. Pay is competitive along with benefits. The company has a great customer base and product. Finally, the company seems to be growing fast and has lots of success.

Cons

The company is fast growing and suffers from growing pains from time to time. This is a good thing however from my experience because it provides opportunities for promotion and advancement. For me, this is more exciting and fun than a slow moving, bigger company.
